Leasing & Screening Analysts don’t lease apartments; we are vigilant guardians during the screening process after the lease is closed by our client. Your day to day responsibilities would include collecting required documents from applicants, processing credit checks and background screening, as well as validating information provided by the applicant and uploading final reports for the end user. This role is very important, and each day is different and exciting because we love to have fun! Qualifications:

Successful individuals in this role will have the ability to work with autonomy, and do not need or want hand holding. Think of screening as a puzzle that must be solved: during our process we assume each piece of information may be inaccurate, and so you would need to be able to identify inconsistencies and use tools provided for you, or maybe even other creative solutions within our regulatory bounds to validate information. You develop an individual relationship with the communities you process applicants for, and have to foster that relationship and help it to grow. There is a significant amount of impact that you deliver by bringing value to our clients and their employees – you alone can literally make or break the entire relationship. Candidates who can successfully cultivate relationships and build trust while delivering amazing customer and client service will excel and grow into new roles as our company evolves and grows. While we prefer candidates who have leasing and on-site multifamily experience, it is not 100% necessary; if you’ve got the skills, we can teach the tools. The skills that will make you the most valuable in this role are that you:

· are a self-starter and team focused

· are a problem solver that doesn’t let barriers get in the way of success

· have excellent written and spoken communication skills

· are good with basic math

· have some experience in multifamily real estate or in background screening

· have the aptitude for analyzing data to identify trends, and

· possess 100% amazing customer service skills
