ApproveShield is a provider of eviction data and full-service tenant screening with corporate headquarters located in Dallas, TX. We are seeking a sales leader with a proven and demonstrable track record in SaaS to continue to build our brand in the Atlanta market.  Preference will be given to those with previous experience selling SaaS to the multifamily industry, and/or those candidates with extensive contacts in executive multifamily leadership.

Qualifications:

Successful individuals in this role will have the ability to work with autonomy, and do not need or want hand holding.  Your day-to-day activity would include continuing to cultivate existing relationships with current clients, setting up new client meetings, developing proof of concepts, building return on investment documents, writing quotes, compiling and sending contracts for signature, training and onboarding new clients, as well as attending apartment association and other trade functions. The skills that will make you the most valuable in this role are that you:

  • are comfortable with being based in a home-office

  •  have a knack for developing and building plans for growth
  •  know how to build and develop a strong and broad pipeline

  •  have excellent written and spoken communication skills
  •  are good with basic math and spreadsheets
  •  have experience in multifamily real estate and SaaS
  •  have the aptitude for analyzing data to identify trends, and
  • possess 100% amazing customer service skills
